No Limits - Under Lockdown
These works are a visual representation, a response to an
imposed confinement in a small space and all the feelings and emotions
involved.
The lockdown and the physical restrictions in place set me
on an expansive and active interior journey.
The limitations of the resources and materials available at
home also shaped my practice exploring new directions and expanding beyond
the printing press where everything around me can be a potential art material.
This was also the time for reflection and transformation.
Examining previous work created and developing them into something else.
In sum, these works express a need for freedom, a search for
liberation, a change and transformation. They come from an inner space with no
limits.
